At Boxbollen UK, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postcode to start the process.

  Package Your Items

  Place your Boxbollen and all original accessories back into the original box to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point and keep your receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
